Modular, low-cost, cross-platform VMS (up to ~3,000 cameras/server) with a built-in face-recognition module. Not yet benchmarked on our test bench.

Strengths

  • Built-in face-recognition module; 1,000+ camera models (ONVIF/RTSP), cross-platform incl. ARM.
  • Genuine free tier and low-cost perpetual licences; built-in P2P remote without a static IP.
  • New 'Vision' face-recognition method (rolled out through 2026) claims up to 99% accuracy; a Time-and-Attendance module (April 2026) tracks staff arrivals/departures from face recognition.

Limitations

  • Proprietary, closed-source; face recognition is a paid module.
  • Encryption of stored footage at rest is not clearly documented.
