Strengths

Textbook RTSP/ONVIF (S/G/T) + local playback; works with every third-party VMS.
Full facial recognition, LPR and analytics on flagship models.

Limitations

CVE-2021-36260 (CVSS 9.8 unauthenticated RCE, 100M+ devices; CISA-flagged).
US NDAA §889 ban and FCC restrictions — a real concern for a privacy-focused buyer; isolate on a VLAN.
